Taste Of Honey have captured the unique sound of the Bee Gees both musically and vocally with their authentic 'Tribute to the Bee Gees' show. Covering 4 decades of hits by one of the worlds most successful bands, Taste Of Honey exceed the expectations of audiences both young and old as they cover such pop classics as, Stayin Alive, Tragedy , Massachusetts, Words, More than a Woman, Night Fever, You Win Again, New York Mining Disaster , To Love Somebody and many  more.

The Bee Gees music is ageless, as many of the songs have since been covered by new pop acts, opening up the songs to a whole new generation of listeners. Taste Of Honey also include in their stunning tribute show, the many hugh hit songs written by the Bee Gees, and made famous by other artists, such as, Grease , Islands In The Stream and Heartbreaker.

Taste of Honey are a professional tribute band that have numerous TV and Radio appearances under their belt  in over 12 years that they have been together, starting with an appearance on Granada TV's "Stars in their Eyes" way back in 1990 where they appeared on the fourth ever show. Since then, their tight vocal harmonies and their polished musical ability has taken them to dizzy heights that even they could not have dreamed of, including playing to capacity crowds at Cardiff International Indoor Arena, headlining the 'Festival of Light & Sound' at Morecambe Bay Outdoor Arena where they played to crowds in excess of 20,000 people and performing at the Dagenham Town Festival in 'Central Park' where they appeared alongside 'East17' to audiences of over 15,000 people. They have also played many theatres, including the prestigious 'Wimbledon Theatre' and 'Her Majesties Theatre' in London's 'West End' and the Cliffs Pavilion Theatre in Southend on Sea.

In February of 1997, Taste of Honey had the pleasure of performing with the Bee Gees themselves when they teamed up for a joint rendition of "To Love Somebody" for a Heart FM Radio show. The Bee Gees themselves were speechless at the accuracy of Taste of Honey's performance, and were described by Maurice Gibb as "Absolutely Brilliant". Barry Gibb described their performance as "Wow, Fantastic".

Taste of Honey also perform at numerous "Party in the Park" concerts for the National Trust, including 'Dyrham Park' where they performed alongside 'Jools Holland' at 'Hormsly Hall Park' where they had joint the billing with the sensational ABBA Tribute 'Bjorn Again'.

In recent years they have also been doing corporate work for 'P&O' ferries supplying entertainment to its range of Luxury Cruise Liners. Cruise ships include the QEII and P&O's Aurora Luxury Liner.

Darren Simmons said "It was just a bit of fun, we were not performing the Bee Gees Tribute professionally at that time, neither did we have any idea that it would lead us to the point we are at now and that it would still be in such demand so many years on. After the show the feedback was so great for us to perform a Tribute Show to the Bee Gees, that's exactly what we decided to do. I like to think we have improved a great deal since then and although it makes me cringe slightly to look back on, I am grateful for the experience and the doors it opened for us. If we had not done it, I doubt we would be doing the Tribute show now."
